What’s been happening:

Hi to anyone I knew when I was at Happy Valley from fall 1979 through spring 1981! The last 2 years of my bachelors degree were at Happy Valley, & it was a great experience there for me. There I lived in a dorm in East Halls: Geary Hall 1st floor. My dorm floor group was fun like a fraternity, thanks to guys who had arrived there before me. Currently I live in Dallas, TX, a suburb of Dallas called Garland. I am single, & have no kids. I work in Dallas as an Environmental Specialist. How I got to Texas was, I had always wanted to live in the sunbelt, I prefer dry warm weather. So in early 1980s, I went to graduate school at Southwest Texas State University (in South-Central Texas), majored in freshwater biology. I taught biology at that university, fulfilling a 2-year teaching grant I received there. Then I was R & D manager designing & developing new chemical formulas for small pets (fish medications, water conditioners etc), which I did for 4 years, then I pulled into the environmental consulting field (which at that time, 1989, was booming like a tidal wave), I did environmental consulting for about 15 years, & Environmental Risk Coordinator for Bank One for 6 years. Currently I work in stormwater compliance, in Dallas, for government.
